There is always a first time to join the reformation. Please arrive 15 minutes before class.

We take fitness extravaganza serious and provide you male and female changing rooms equipped with Dyson hair-driers.

Come as you are, just bring your gym wear and a towel if you wish to shower afterwards. You can leave your personal belongings in your lockers.

If you wish to shower afterwards we encourage you to bring your own towels as we seek sustainability. We do provide towels if need be for for a small contribution.

Please be aware that you need to wear grip socks for your reformer classes for your own safety. If you don´t have any, don´t sweat it, you can buy some at the studio.
We have yoga mats for you to use, if you wish to bring you own mat, that is totally cool too.

If you can’t make it to class, that’s cool, please make sure you cancel your spot 24 hours before the start of the class not to lose your credit and allow others to take your spot. If you cancel within 24 hours of your class or do not show up, your credit will be deducted from your account.
