A gently warmed room designed to support mobility, muscle activation, and comfort.
Our Heated classes are typically set between 28–32°C, creating a warm, inviting environment that helps the body move more freely without feeling overwhelming.
This temperature range is ideal for enhancing circulation, improving flexibility, and supporting controlled, strength-focused movement.
Hot
A more intense heat experience designed to elevate endurance, increase sweat, and deepen the physical challenge.
Our Hot classes are typically set between 34–38°C, creating a stronger heat experience that encourages a deeper sweat, increased stamina, and greater cardiovascular challenge.
The elevated temperature helps muscles stay warm and engaged throughout class while adding an energising, detoxifying element to the workout.
